Well, let's see. Not much to brag about, but I did excercise seven whole minutes the other day! SEVEN!!! That is some kinda record for me! :)
I have also been watching what I eat. Now, I haven't been going crazy with an all out restrictive diet, but I have been trying to eat only when I'm hungry, and limit the sweets. I have actually been hungry several times this week, so I must be doing something right. In the past, I ate so much that I never got a chance to get hungry.
This week I'll try to do more.
Promise!
(Note the loophole: I did not promise to do more, just to TRY to do more. Just in case...)

LOL! Great post! I just adore you and your humor. ;) Congrats on meeting your goals for the week. Sometimes 7 minutes of exercise can feel like 70! LOL Trust me, been there, done that! (Like this morning...yawn.) Keep it up!! I'm not too big on the restrictive diet thing, either. Whenever I jump on that bandwagon, I always fall off--hard. (Ahem) Have a wonderful day! :)
