So, I'm at co-op Tuesday, and I notice one of the kids has this really nice, organized binder. It's one of those "clear view" types and it was so nicely labeled, with clip art to boot, so I asked my friend, who shall remain nameless, if that was her son's binder. When she answered in the affirmative, I complimented her on how impressive it was, and, of course, found myself feeling inferior.
Until...
I noticed something white poking out of it. It looked sorta soft and worn.
So, with much fear and trepidation I slowly opened the nice, organized binder. And found a dirty sock! LOL
I couldn't help cracking up. Is was so me! Or, should I say my kids? I mean, I once found a pair of dirty socks in the waffle iron. (Now I can't even find the waffle iron!)
So it was with great glee that I pointed out this dirty sock to my friend. It really was too funny. So, of course, my first question was, "Can I blog about this?"
So, yes, she gave me permission, and so here it is.
I suppose I don't have to be the ONLY one to have these moments, do I?
So the moral of this story is: If you are in my co-op, be afraid, be very afraid, I might be watching you...
