Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! Fiber One Bars and Another Contest!!!


Now, if you know me, you already know that I just LOVE Fiber One bars.  Way back when I first started my blog over at homeschool blogger I posted about my three favorite products.  One was Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, one was Cover Girl Outlast liptick, and one was Fiber One bars!

Now they've gotten even better!  The chocolate bars I was sent courtesy of Fiber One  and MyBlogSpark had a delicious layer of chocolate on the bottom.  And, they are portioned to be only 90 calories per bar!  I love that because I find they are more filling than a candy bar, but have less calories.  Can't beat that!  Plus, of course, they have the fiber!  :)

I was thrilled because when they sent me my box of Fiber One bars, they also sent me a pedometer, a water bottle, and a diet and exercise journal.  How would you like to get everything I did?

  2. I maintain my weight by having spent a couple weeks keeping track of calories and such, giving me a general idea of what is "okay" and what isn't. Now, if I could actually get my brain to reset to enough to start losing some weight instead of maintaining...

  4. To counterbalance weight gain with lots of workouts (obviously). ;) Seriously, if I don't workout consistently my weight climbs very fast! I also avoid eating after 7pm and take a nightly walk after supper, weather permitting.

    I currently follow you in every way possible. (Hee hee)

  8. I also don't drink many calories. I try to allot myself to one spoonful of sugar in tea per day, and the rest of what I drink I use liquid stevia to flavor. I do not drink much milk or juice and no soda. :)

  10. I walk, drink water instead of other drinks, and watch portions, especially dinner. Do I win now? LOL

  11. Basically, I keep track of how much I eat every day. That has been the best way to keep the weight off.

  12. I don't have to worry much about my weight, but I try to keep healthy snacks in the house and seldom buy things like chips. I make cookies, pancakes, and quick breads with whole wheat flour to sneak more nutrition into them.(My kids think I am cruel!)
